I was a bit nervous buying refurbished, but this came in looking basically new. The multiple size options made it easy to pick the right fit for my lab, and it’s held up great after a month of daily use.

The price for a refurbished item felt fair, and the multi-size availability meant I could match it to my dog without guessing. It arrived clean and sturdy with no visible wear, ready for daily use right out of the box.

The medium size fits my 50-pound lab perfectly, and the refurbished condition is practically flawless. For the price, you can't beat getting a sturdy crate at a fraction of the cost.
